The Colatura di Alici (Anchovy Sauce) is an authentic speciality from the gastronomic tradition of the Amalfi coast.
The sauce is prepared with an ancient traditional recipe in Cetara, a little town near amalfi. The fishermen of the Amalfi Coast use to salting and filtering the anchovy extract, guaranteeing a tasty, healthy product, rich in vitamins and easy to digest. Try the anchovy sauce as a condiment for spaghetti, maybe adding chilli pepper, garlic and parsley.
