Balsamic vinegar is one of the most appreciated and imitated products of Italian gastronomic tradition.
Those that we present are a selection of balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP that we propose in four different types:
- Balsamic 4 Travasi
- Balsamic 8 Travasi (bottles of 40ml, 100ml, 250ml)
- Balsamic 12 Travasi
- Balsamic Condiment 15 Barrels
The production of balsamic vinegar is characterized by a process that has its annual continuity. By the term racking is then indicates the practice which consists in removal of the finished product from the smallest barrel of the chain and subsequent filling of the missing part and that which is evaporated during the year, with the product contained in the barrel of vinegar immediately upstream. This technique has as said each year and is for this reason that our bottles are offered with indication of the number of decanting.
