Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is available with various aging: the Extravecchio (yellow box) and 15 Years (red box).

It is a real jewel of Italian gastronomic tradition that is traditionally used to flavor the salad and raw vegetables, but it is also excellent for preparing sauces and marinades. It can be used with traditional cheese such as Parmesan or for garnishing cakes particular preparations of ice cream or fresh fruit.

The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is still produced according to the procedure handed down over the centuries beginning with the reduction and concentration of heat must obtained from local grapes, with a prevalence of Lambrusco and Trebbiano.

The cooked must is then left to ferment, subjected to acidification and then aged in wooden casks of batteries for a minimum period of 12 years.

During this aging results in an additional natural concentration of the product which becomes very thick and almost creamy.

It is a unique and valuable product that can be delivered directly to your home.
